Return Policy

While we recognize that not all Jewelry purchased in a online setting is easy to understand by description and sometimes pictures do not make it easy to determine if an item is what you are looking for, we also understand that not all people are are as honest in their dealings as we are at Affordable Luxury Jewelry & Accessories. 

We want our customers to Love each piece of jewelry that they purchase from us, so we offer a very clear cut Return Policy. When you purchase an item from Affordable Luxury Jewelry & Accessories we are dedicated to getting your item to you as quickly and safely as possible. While back orders do occur from time to time, we will work to get your item in the mail as soon as possible. In most back order situations, you will receive an email from Affordable Luxury Jewelry & Accessories stating that the item has been back ordered and giving you the opportunity to receive a FULL REFUND at that time, or wait for the item to arrive safely at your address. We ship most items with a signature required to ensure that you are the person receiving your items. We give you a 7 days time period from date of receiving the item to return the item UNWORN and in NEW CONDITION. We ship all items with a security tag to prevent items being worn then returned. We do place the security tag in such a way to allow a customer to try on the jewelry to ensure the piece is to your liking. WE WILL REJECT RETURN OF ANY ITEM WITH A MISSING OR TAMPERED SECURITY TAG. 

If you desire to return an item we have a very simple process. 

1) Contact Affordable Luxury Jewelry & Accessories within 7 days of receiving the item by email at Admin@affordableluxuryjewelry.com and let us know the item is on its way. Please include the item number, the invoice number and your name as it appeared on your purchase to increase the speed of your return being processed. List the reason for the return of the item so we may have an opportunity to correct any issues that may exist. 

2) Mail the item registered mail with signature required, paid by customer to: 

11205 Lebanon Rd Ste 57 Mt Juliet, Tennessee 37122.

 Item should be packaged in a secure box with padding to to protect the item being shipped. 

3) wait for your refund to be processed. 

if approved, your refund will be applied to the same credit card used for purchase of your item. Return times vary with different banks, so no exact time period can be placed in this general description, however it will be as soon as the banks allow. Affordable Luxury Jewelry & Accessories has the exclusive right to withhold up to 5% of the purchase cost to cover our expenses in the original transaction as a restocking fee. This fee will never exceed the actual costs incurred by Affordable Luxury Jewelry & Accessories. 

We at Affordable Luxury Jewelry & Accessories want the customer to have a great experience with our company. We want you to enjoy your purchase for a lifetime and have somethings of great value. It is our hope we never have to use this return policy, but if we can not provide you with the best quality item at an affordable cost then we will gladly allow that Item to be returned!

Any item purchased at a remote event, has a "no return" policy. Those items are frequently sold with deep discounts and in person, therefore can not be returned!
